  1. One night deposit must be received upon confirmation of your booking, either by Indonesian Rupiah, or US Dollar based on the current exchange rates.
  2. Payment by credit card, Visa Card or Master card will be add 3%.
  3. No refundable deposit will be charge if cancellation made between 20 - 10 days before arrival.
  4. Cancellation made between 9 - 3 days before arrival will be charge 50% from total payment
  5. Cancellation made between 2 - 0 days before arrival or No show will be charge 100% from total payment
